I built a Foundry World Manager tool in Python! It currently deduplicates images and converts JPEGs & PNGs to WEBPs. Try it out and let me know what you think! PS: It's Windows & Linux friendly!!!
I started using Foundry in November of last year and completely fell in love with the software. I've already built three tiny little modules before (Scene Clicker, Journal Scaler and Chatlog Scaler), but I wanted to take on a bigger task and really challenge myself.

So I'm assuming /u/djdementia is using something like token-mold which randomly adds adjectives to the token. Makes it easier to handle having five acolytes on the board when their tokens get named to things like: "angry acolyte", "sad acoylte" and so on.

In R20 I tagged similar enemies with different coloured blobs to make it easier for players to describe things, how can I replicate this in Foundry?
Token Mold has that method automated as an option. https://github.com/Moerill/token-mold#automatic-indexing u/lamppb13

What are some alternatives?
Foundry-Stream-Module - Implements two-way communication between Foundry VTT and Twitch, allowing for two-way chat plus adds dice rolling requests, a tabbed chat window, a separate dice engine for just for viewers, event handling and several moderation commands directly into Foundry itself, bringing your streamed game to the next level of interactivity!

scene-clicker - A FoundryVTT module that changes the behavior of left clicking on Scenes and Scene Links. Left-clicking on a Scene/Scene Link "Views" the Scene instead of displaying the Scene Config Sheet.
Bryans-Preferred-Modules-for-FoundryVTT - My personally cultivated list of FoundryVTT Modules for Dungeons and Dragons 5e and Pathfinder 2e that play nicely together without creating an overwhelming amount of UI options or causing noticeable FPS drops.
chat-images - A module for Foundry VTT that adds image support for the chat.
fvtt-hp-bar - Modifies the HP bar in various systems to represent the complexities of character health.
