Overly convoluted Loadout switching script
Instead of setting tf_respawn_on_loadoutchanges directly, I'd just set it through incrementvar to preserve the original cvar state. More info listed in the jarconfig docs.

Brody Foxx is now official in roblox TF2, how do you feel about this?
You probably already know about this but mastercomfig is great for improving performance. There is also helpful documentation on performance mods, launch options, huds, hitsounds, etc...

I love random crits
Get a config bro, I don't know if you just always play with very high ping but there's a lot of delay when you shoot a rocket and it actually spawning the projectile, TF2's default config is known for doing that.

Somebody should make an in-game weapon specific crosshair switcher as a Workshop contribution. Manually editing config files is boring as fuck.
Go to mastercomfig, you can set weapon specific crosshairs along with changing how the game looks to improve performance
