Downloaded Retro Ultimate by CrazyMac = total confusion
Right, the other option to do all this is to start over clean. In short, uninstall Enso via it's app bubble on the LiveArea. If it's not there, install it, then run it to use it's uninstall feature. https://github.com/henkaku/enso/releases/tag/v1.1 Then shutdown your device. Take out the SD2vita for now. Hold R trigger and turn it on. It will boot to recovery. Select restore device. When done, login to your own PSN account and do the preliminary setup. Go to settings and update to latest firmware, 3.73. Then follow vita.hacks.guide. This guide also has info on how to set up your SD2vita again, this time you can start with your new 256GB SD card.

Format a PS Vita with Enso 3.60
You can indeed reformat on fw 3.60, but first you'll need to uninstall enso. So install this enso vpk launch it and press triangle to uninstall enso. The Vita will reboot back to official fw. Before doing so, go into settings -> Henkaku Settings -> Unlink Memory Card.
-
I dont know what to do,help me pls
That only works if you're Vita is on fw 3.60 (and if the Vita is on 3.60, how come you have yet to install enso for permanent custom firmware?). If you are indeed on fw 3.60, reboot the vita and try again.

Factory reset for vita 2000
Best way to go about this is to reinstall enso 3.60, and than use that app to uninstall enso (triangle). After which you can go into SAFE MODE and factory reset.
-
How to remove the jailbreak?
Yes . It's similar to what I just described above. Since you used vita deploy, it means you have vitaShell. Go here: https://github.com/henkaku/enso/releases and download enso.vpk.

Can't login into my PSN account during the initial configuration of PS Vita
Not sure how far you've made it into the process, as you haven't replied back to any one who posted a help reply. But I say follow Maelstrom180 link. Than hack it on fw 3.60 and than install enso 3.60. To activate or create an account on the Vita, spoof to fw 3.73 than install reVita (which re-enables access to the PSN network for account activation and access to the store). After which you can install all the necessary plugins for games etc.

Bought an old hacked Vita and not sure how to get it working
Doing this, is two fold. On 3.73 it is not persistent rather a tethered hacked tied to h-encore2 which is considered a soft mode. However per the guide, you can downgrade to either 3.65 or 3.60 (recommended) and install enso 3.60 / 3.65.

Even then, this will reset your Livearea. You can use vita database manager to import/export these settings.

Bi-Weekly Questions Thread [Edition #73] - "Back to Bi-Weekly" Edition
I should mention that your LiveArea settings will reset when you swap a memory card to another device. You can use vita database manager to backup these settings.

Bi-Weekly Questions Thread [Edition #72] - 3.74 Edition
Best bet is the vita database manager. You can import/export the Livearea settings.
-
Bi-Weekly Questions Thread [Edition #71] - 'Vita-The Best Companion for your 9.00' Edition
If both conditions are met, the console you swap the sd2vita to will reset the LiveArea, which is inconvenient. You can use a program like vita database manager to import/export your LiveArea settings.

Possible to backup clone of my Vita?
I have https://github.com/deltaclock/Database-Manager installed to switch between 2 cards. Backup your icon layout with this app, then restore with it too.

Bi-Weekly Questions Thread [Edition #68] - 'Summer's End' Edition
ux0 is the most important backup followed by ur0:tai folder. If LiveArea settings are important to you, vita database manager can be used to import/export those settings. Otherwise everything else can be restored with relative ease.
-
Bi-Weekly Questions Thread [Edition #66] - 'Stop Asking About Vita Ports' Edition
Vita database manager will let you import/export livearea settings, but you really need to determine why your vita is rebuilding database all of the time.

Database Backup - Sick of arranging my icons again and again.
Hi all, could anyone tell me the most recommended and reliable tool for backing up and restoring the layout of your bubbles. I'm aware of deltaclock/Database-Manager but it's not been updated since 2017. Maybe it's still good but I wanted to check.
