2) I was so desperate I ended up installing and launching rinCheat, but unfortunately it seems not able to find the cheat list, despite me preparing it and putting it in the correct folder with the correct title ID as explained on their GitHub. Does anyone have any ideas on why that's happening?

Does anyone have any tips for using https://github.com/SKGleba/mincg? My Vita's 2K factory firmware is 3.63 and I want to downgrade to 3.60 but I cannot until I downgrade the factory firmware. I am not too sure how to use the mincg tool. Not sure if anyone else has before.
