Hold R trigger and turn it on. It will boot to recovery. Select restore device. When done, login to your own PSN account and do the preliminary setup. Go to settings and update to latest firmware, 3.73. Then follow vita.hacks.guide. This guide also has info on how to set up your SD2vita again, this time you can start with your new 256GB SD card.
