check minimal ui, if its compatible with your system its great at making the interface nice for low resolution screens: smaller icons, everything can be hidden, it also looks nice.

I have been wanting something similar that works with Polyglot. The module itself converts chat messages to runes if your character doesn't know the language being spoken. I would love something that similarly scrambled voice chat if the character didn't speak the language.
