The number of mentions indicates the total number of mentions that we've tracked plus the number of user suggested alternatives.
Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Guide to Org Cite
YMMV, but I would personally recommend ebib + zotra as a Zotero replacment. I used Zotero and org-cite for a few months but then dropped Zotero and went for a pure Emacs solution. I'm very pleased with the results.

[Update] Zotra: using the power of Zotero in Emacs to manage citations and pdf files
Nice work! I switch from Zotero to ebib and have used the Zotero translation server for a long time. It's nice to see a dedicated package. It would be much appreciated if you could support ebib like https://github.com/joostkremers/ebib/issues/220 then I can remove the funs in my configs.

How do YOU write academic papers in org-mode?
Yes, I do use a citation manager. I've used Zotero with BibLatex export in the past, but now use ebib directly inside Emacs (and which directly reads and writes Bib(La)tex). Pandoc's use of CSL for citation styling is really convenient, and mostly works great. I wasn't so sure if I could format citations and references just as easily using org-export.

use-package :bind blocks the default keybindings for ebib-biblio. Without :bind they work (but I don't get my own ones with :bind). Why is this happening and how can I fix it?
This didn't work. I got a warning that the package ebib-biblio could not be found. I realised that this was because I was using the straight version of use-package, which (only?) looks for packages in the repos, when in this case ebib-biblio is distributes as part of ebib. This didn't produce any warnings:

Bibtex/Bibliograpy options in Org-mode - Suggestions Wanted
An emacs-only solution would be the ebib package (https://github.com/joostkremers/ebib).

Is there any *built-in* way for back links?
For about three years now, I've been using org-super-links, but I'm getting tired of updating its dependencies that I don't use (such as helm, and now it seems to need org-super-agenda too).

Bi-directional links in org mode?
Give org-super-links a try, it works great.

Video Series: Denote as a Zettelkasten
Don't get me wrong; it is not a critique, to neither you nor Prot; I am just trying to be helpful for those who are not aware of potential problems when using a file system as a database. It certainly is not a critique to your videos. Your videos are really helpful; after watching your videos, I got it more understanding about backlinks. I am not a good note-taker, and I haven't been using backlinks, I just search in my note file :), but I'll install org-super-links and see how it works. It is really on my list to become better note taker, so I see forward a long series of videos! :).

What method do you use to create internal links in org?
org-super-links handles this pretty well. If you are more interested in building something custom, I also created org-linker to serve as a bit of a standard base to help with these types of things.

Netz: emacs generic graph store
Hey, thanks! Jack-o-tall-tales posted some good ones below here. My original use case was much simpler though. I started it while working on some extension ideas for my org-super-links package. Essentially mapping orgmode files into graphs. I started experimenting with this idea here and made a really bad video to illustrate the idea, but it's just kind of a POC right now. Another idea i want to play around with after that is to maybe explore some orgmode/task dependency stuff (which is kind of related to my org-linker-edna package).

Frankly, I spent 5 minutes trying to understand org-super-links from this link: https://github.com/toshism/org-super-links

TODO items without content/TODO items in the middle of meeting notes?
Another option would be to use org-capture to record the todos and file them into a dedicated todo file. You could use something like https://github.com/toshism/org-super-links to link back to the file with the meeting notes if you wanted that.
