    That sounds correct. Register 0-63 are ROM and everything above is RAM and will be resetted on a power cycle. A REBOOT command will have no advantages. Instead of using ROS you could try a simpler tools like https://github.com/gottliebtfreitag/inspexel where its better under control whats happening.
