JKBMS integration with Victron Cerbo
I personally use this with success : https://github.com/Louisvdw/dbus-serialbattery using a JK BMS, its JK RS485 adapter, a waveshare rs485 stick to USB (and a waveshare USB 2.0 hub)

How bad of an idea is it to use 12v, car lead acid batteries for a 100v battery pack?
Check out FoxBMS if you want an open source BMS... it is developed in Germany and looks very capable, plus you can modify it if you want to make something specific to a module you are using. (https://github.com/foxBMS/foxbms-2)
