How would you tackle organizing a system for dialogue in an animal crossing or stardew valley -esque game?
I use the Zdoom Strife Dialog format as a base which is just a couple of structs, bit of state, and some data-query functions to implement the baseline. Changes I've made to the format are small, mostly just making it aware of lua, i18n, anim cues, and so-on.

Resident Evil 2 and 3 VR mod officially released
From what I heard you want to really understand how CGI works, since then it boils down to adding more viewpoints, getting input from the additional hardware you have and rendering onto it. You can compare how gzdoomvr is a modified version of gzdoom for some pointers.

Yeah the VR mode is unfortunately exclusive to PlayStation. There is a VR mod for older RE games, but it doesn’t support RE4.

Here is more info about the mod and how to install it, though the mod version linked there is outdated. Here you can find the most recent version that supports upscaling.

Street Fighter 6 VR Mod Already Available on PC
Creator Praydog has just released a new version (1.5.1) that adds official support for Street Fighter 6 and Resident Evil 4. To install the Street Fighter 6 VR mod, just download the RE Framework for the game, extract the downloaded file into the game folder, and make sure to have SteamVR (or OpenXR on a supported headset) installed.game master
