Did anyone manage to play Jazz Jackrabbit 2 on RG351 with Portmaster?
The port is available in Portmaster (https://github.com/christianhaitian/PortMaster) file ’Jazz2.zip‘. The instructions are simple: “Copy the original game files (The Secret Files and/or The Christmas Chronicles) to ports/jazz2/Source.“ A long time ago, I bought the original games on CD-ROM and I’m using these files, but it doesn’t work.

Trying Out Recalbox for RG353P/V/M
There is a recalbox/roms/ports rom folder as well, with some folders and freeware files for supported ports already in place (Doom, Wolf3D, some others). Don't think PortMaster or my PortMaster-unique/dependent ports from JELOS and ArkOS will work without some numerous changes to the paths in various scripts and configs.

Installing Linux Games on an Anbernic Device
The PortMaster project specializes in adapting an increasing library of freeware and commercial games — not only Linux, but DOS/Win, and some Android — to work in Linux custom firmwares for these devices. Games that are already written for Linux have one less hurdle to overcome in the process, I would think…? A bit above my level of experience, I’m afraid.

Nintendo Switch games as Celeste on RGB10 Max
I really enjoyed playing the Celeste Nintendo Switch port on the RGB10 Max. I was wondering if anyone can recommend some other games that are also fairly recent that can be played on this device? I am not sure how to find more Switch games like this, as PortMaster mainly links older games (https://github.com/christianhaitian/PortMaster)

Could you play enter the gungeon/undertalr on this?

Port Games
There's Portmaster that manages Port games and it is so easy to use. No need for the V. There are all the instructions for each game here https://github.com/christianhaitian/PortMaster/wiki and many games do not require your own files (Stardew Valley does, though).

What’s up with people pretending to die after drinking the grimace shake?
I doubt it was intentional. They hired a studio to make a retro style game and they probably just happened to hire one specializing in gb development. There's a lot of good tools now like https://www.gbstudio.dev/

Best source for writable carts for homebrew?
Very cool! Maybe you can make a pixel art style portfolio of your work that runs on a GB cart and a rom to share around? Do you know about GBStudio?

Grimace birthday game
No, it's an actual game boy game built using GB Studio, that's the point, that it's compatible with any device capable of running GB games, including original hardware! :)

GB Studio: Drag and drop retro game creator for GameBoy
It actually does interpret bytecode, you can see the opcode definitions here https://github.com/chrismaltby/gb-studio/blob/1f995a976bd3aa...
The trick is that a lot of the heavier stuff is implemented in assembly and this is mostly used for lighting scripting (from what I understand).

any resources for expanding on ECS?
If you ever want to just play around with gameboy stuff, GB Studio is much simpler, but only supports building certain types of games, since it's a no-coding kind of thing.
