    I use Nim in system administration. "static deployment" and "scripting" from these notes might be useful. Both pwcheck and geobench from this repo are related to real world work on servers. I badmouth my own geolocation library there, but ended up using it recently for a single-binary solution to reporting on country IPs from logs.
