The official "website" is the Github repository at https://github.com/bsnes-emu/bsnes/ but some unknown entity has snagged bsnes.org and is now also publicly linking to SNES ROMs they host on Github (Github doesn't care, you can report those repositories as much as you want. If you're not a rights holder they won't do anything).

ryujinx doesn't save my games
I would also recommend doing this, the SNES app for switch is literally just a SNES emulator so you're literally emulating an emulator. There's no reason to do this, so I'd imagine that it's going to be hard to find someone who can actually help. It would be far easier and make far more sense to just use Snes9x or bsnes or something. Plus you'd be able to play rom hacks and stuff!

Weird black boxes for font in system menu for PPSSPP core. I already put all bios/font/lang files in the right spot. Before it was all just blank. Standalone does not do this.
Update: this appears to have been something that broke upstream but only affects libretro. I made a ticket with them and you can follow its progress here: https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/issues/18483

You can play WoTL using RetroArch via the PSP emulator PPSSPP, or you can just download PPSSPP directly.
