How do you all monitor ambient temps for your drives? Cooking drives is no fun... I think I found a decent solution with these $12 Govee bluetooth thermometers and Home Assistant.
For those who are interested, the Passive BLE monitor Home Assistant integration supports quite a few thermometers. The Govee support is based on a component I wrote, Home-Is-Where-You-Hang-Your-Hack/sensor.goveetemp_bt_hci/. If you are looking for just the decoder, check out Thrilleratplay/GoveeWatcher.

Anyone used the Govee Thermometer/Hygrometer sensors?
However, I use some of their other (older?) BLE temp sensors, and for Home Assistant, you can use this driver for them: https://github.com/custom-components/ble_monitor

My Preferred Smart Home Vendors
FWIW, if your HASS is running on a device (like a Raspberry Pi) that has Bluetooth, you might be able to get away with a custom component like https://github.com/custom-components/ble_monitor instead. Of course, if your setup is working for you already there isn't much incentive to change it.

Jumping through hoops
Once again, who knows better how to install it other than the guys who made it? No one , luckily for you, even being an Hacs integration (so not necessarily polished) the documentation seems very well written

Data logging from the Xiaomi Mijia temperature/humidty sensor?
Yes, there's an installable component with HACS : https://github.com/custom-components/ble_monitor It's working really well 👌

Wyze Leak and Climate Sensors Just Announced
If you run Home Assistant, (or want to), the driver to pick these signals up, and get the values into Home Assistant, you will add this package: https://github.com/Home-Is-Where-You-Hang-Your-Hack/sensor.goveetemp_bt_hci

Connecting to H5075 Thermometer from Home Assistant Container on Raspberry Pi Ubuntu
I'm running ubuntu 20 on a Raspberry Pi 4. I'm running Home Assistant in a docker container, instead of running their HassOS. I followed the instructions on github for installing HACS and the goveetemp sensor. I couldn't see the sensor showing up in Home Assistant. I chased a lot of stuff, including this bug report that makes it sound like bluetooth isn't all that reliable on the Raspberry Pi. I also found this thread in this subreddit, but that wasn't my problem.

Growing WebApp - What sensors (or other hardware) do you think it should support ?
I'm reading the bluetooth sensor with a raspberry also used for the webcam, found this library, reimplemented the parser in nodejs, this is the relevant part:

I'm going to make some tests with this library that I found that seems to support this device, I'll let you know if it works well !
