How can I make a Multi-Disc into a PBP File with so many Discs & Tracks
You need to merge the "Track #" bin files into one; one game needs to have one bin and one cue file. You can use CDMage, cdfix, BinMerger, or just binmerge to do that. Then you can convert to PBP.

If you only have 1 bin file, you can use binmerge to split the tracks.

How to run cue + bin (track) files on PSP?
You can use binmerge to put many bin into one bin: https://github.com/putnam/binmerge

PS1 game has several bin files, but after converting the bin/cue to chd and the converting back to bin/cue it only has one bin file. Is this normal?
If you want to split the bin file back to multiple bin files, you can use binmerge.

Where can I find merged Saturn roms?
No idea where the pre-merged set exists online- but if you'd like to curate your own set I'd recommend binmerge, and you can auto-generate the cue files here.

I wrote a tool for verifying .chd and .rvz files using the Redump Datfiles
Yeah, that would be cool, but then the .bin file usually needs to be split into separate tracks (using binmerge) so I'd need to modify that the work with the streams too in some way. And the .cue file needs to be handled too, so it all gets a bit awkward, and I'm thinking it might be better to make the program support .chd files directly using one of the .chd-reading libraries 🤔

namDHC v1.0 - A Windows frontend for chdman.exe written in AutoHotkey
Would be nice to add Binmerge functionality so you can also reverse the process completely for CD-ROM multi-tracks. I learned the hard way that GD-ROMs are not reversible yet.

GoodTools now obsolete?
A other tool I use is verifydump, it lets you verify sets for disc based systems that have been converted to .chd/.rvz since ReDump only stores the hash of the original .ISO dump.

Verify CHD/RVZ with Redump DAT files?
I do it with https://github.com/j68k/verifydump or https://github.com/alucryd/oxyromon

Question: Should my CHD files have the same name as the roms that use them? If not, how do I know I have the right CHD?
Recently was created a tool to do such a process ( https://github.com/j68k/verifydump ), but I haven't tested it yet.

I wrote a tool for verifying .chd and .rvz files using the Redump Datfiles
That's a nice idea. At first I thought it would be complex to implement but now I'm thinking it wouldn't be so bad, so I've added a feature request issue for it on the GitHub and commented there with some ideas about how it might be implemented. Thanks for the suggestion!
