beetle-saturn-libretro VS Genesis-Plus-GX

The issue was fixed few days ago: https://github.com/libretro/beetle-saturn-libretro/pull/197 so update the core again and rewind should work again ;)

I remember setting up a bounty for CHD support in Beetle Saturn years ago.

The Original Genesis Plus GX is Cube, Wii and Libretro only, link to the builds.

The Titan Overdrive 2 demo runs in BlastEm, but not in GPGX. And BlastEm is still the only software emulator to show CRAM dots.

He tried to bully developers into adding clauses that make the licenses more restrictive (https://github.com/ekeeke/Genesis-Plus-GX/issues/111) and at the same actively moved from a no donations , no money involved whatsoever stance to a let's milk every dime we can in behalf of the so called team, when it's actually getting to his pockets, his livelyhood (which wouldn't be bad if he didn't pretend it wasn't)
