Free beta release of Viam's robot development platform, APIs etc. would welcome views on the potential utility of this vis-a-vis challenges (?) around ROS.
Traction and adoption: (in your defense, i know how much it takes to build up the traction in this area but I believe it’s fair to ask now after a couple of years) What are some big names (experienced roboticists) working on this technology? Which companies are investing to adopt this technology? I maintain a list of for-profit companies using ROS in production and/or to offer products and services (ros-robotics-companies) so I’m reasonably up to date for what concerns usage and can’t help but wonder, who’s using Viam today?
