VkChess.net VS MinimalChessEngine

If some peoples are interesting in beta testing of c.r.o.w., I've prepared several small [introductive](https://github.com/jpbruyere/Crow/wiki/Tutorials) tutorials. You may use the [ShowCase](https://github.com/jpbruyere/Crow/tree/master/Samples/ShowCase) in the sample directory to test IML (the ui language of crow) in live. The helloworld sample has a small howto for installation. That's the first time I try to present this lib, be tolerant if you find bugs, it's far from a release version. Any bug report or advice is welcome. If you want to see it integrated in a vulkan 3d application check [vkChess.net](https://github.com/jpbruyere/VkChess.net) (there's a binary win beta release). It's a [stockfish](https://stockfishchess.org/) client. For several simple example integrated with vulkan check [VkCrowWindow library](https://github.com/jpbruyere/VkCrowWindow). The Problem I had is that a lot of low-rated engines are low rated because they lose on bugs and have other issues. So it's not easy to find good sparring partners. To best of my knowledge my engine works correctly under all time controls and I've played ten thousand games without an issue. So if you want a sparring partner maybe give MinimalChess a try! ;)

I gutted my own C# chess engine, then copied the chess playing code from Sebastians Unity project over, changed what needed changing to make it compile again. So now you can play against Sebastians Chess-AI in your favorite chess GUIs.
