I run Pi-Hole and UBlock Origin, I only ever see this stuff when I'm not at home. Hope this helps.

This feels bad for Pi-hole users who rely on your list. Is there any chance you could host the legacy syntax list until the Pi-hole team completes support for ABP syntax?
