Has anyone found an app with similar puzzles?
There's this Android app which generates random puzzles (they can be hit and miss, but it's easy to skip through them and save the ones you like).

I swear this is impossible, i figured out i have to go down first because if i go across, i cant get the ones in the second row. I have to finish at the end point on the bottom too.
You might want to check out the Known Issues page which would tell you that this puzzle is working as intended, but differs a bit from the base game. If really needed, there's also a Hints page as well that will give you a series of progressively more specific hints for certain areas.

Also IIRC the regular any% run snipes a panel in the Swamp from far away to act as a shortcut – is that not possible in the rando? Reading the Github page I am starting to understand some routing decisions but am curious about other basic things (like how are the hedge mazes in The Keep randomized? And how is that not faster than the pressure plate route you took?)
