I went through the same thing, and every source I read said it's best to install windows to the SD internal memory and use SD cards only for additional storage to whichever OS needs it. I second Retrobat (https://www.retrobat.org/). It's basically Batocera for Windows. I have launchbox / bigbox as well and while it has a little more customization, Retrobat is way easier to setup and free. I paid the 5 fee for the full automatic version and it was worth every penny so far.

Anyone else think it would be cool to have a type of kodi all-in-one launcher that can install and play games from anywhere?

Can I put this In My desktop? I also have a lot of AAA games on windows so I’m scared it will mess up my games windows , will it work and keep windows?

Neogeo is epic...so much history, great games and hidden gems. Have you looked at emulation first to try out the systems or to maybe have them all, as not a cheap hobby.
