New RPM versions in Leap and Tumbleweed can't import Packman repo key
We have an answer for that - two RMTs, one with an internet connection, one in the airgapped environment. Mirror Packman on one, --export the mirrored repos onto an external disk, --import them from there to the other, then let zypper on the isolated machines fetch from the internal RMT.
