Windows 11 Basically Locked to do anything. I've tried many, many different things and nothing will work, I will comment with the extent of my issue.
Easiest way to fix this is by reinstalling windows, but think of this as your last option since if your windows is actually working then the issue seems to be related with corrupted files. Try WUReset, it can do more than fix windows update. Hopefully you can get your laptop back to normal!
