Would It Be Possible to Simulate Speed of Light in Unity?
For a sample implementation handling similar problem (lightspeed-based signal delay) for discrete objects (small enough to ignore lightspeed within a single object), RemoteTech mod for Kerbal Space Program (Unity game) supports it - sources are available on Github to browse through.

I am attempting a modded career playthrough and while doing a contract I came across this. I can't find anything relating to this biome in game or anywhere online. Does anyone know where this "cold shores" biome could be on Kerbin?
the "Cold Shores" and "Cold Ocean" biomes are added by Parallax 2.0. If you want to find where they are without "cheating" you can always use SCANSat(It's listed on CKAN and fully compatible with the latest version) to map the planet, it only takes a few days.
