Relativty VS librealsense

Only thing that comes to mind is this open source printable headset but I hope there's a simpler purchasable unit.

By the way, a project like this has been done a couple of years ago already, you may want to check out Relativty. They've documented a lot of it and there's even firmware available for it. It's not a practical (or financially viable) device, but it's a fun project nonetheless.

I think it is more along the lines of the Intel Realsense camera. It may even be from Intel.

It kindof works, now I need to align the image and depth

ok folks, I got an answer from the guy from intel and he pointed to me a github discussion. That post mostly answer my question. D435 was able to pick up small thin object in 3d point cloud so i am going for D435 for my chili.
