Meanwhile you have something like TOKO where there's half a billion in tokenized real world assets that literally can never leave the network. That seems infinitely more valuable than any of those Defi use-cases and something all other chains are only aspiring to.

I reached out to the SEC because I want to make a change in this world, and I don’t want to break any laws in the process. To the best of my knowledge, my idea has never been thought of before, and I will do whatever I can do to make it a reality. I’m reaching out to you because I need help constructing a token that fits into the California jurisdiction and appeals to the SEC security token regulations. I have been in contact with the SEC but they need more information regarding my company, my team, the tokenonmics, and possibly more. I’m currently seeking funding to open up my first Kickback LLC subsidiary, Genesis Coffee and Wine. I have a rough business plan created. As of now, I’m getting the idea I have out to the public to see if people would be on board to help me create a token that can benefit everyone. I created a token on the Solana blockchain, but I only made it for testing purposes. I need real developers to help me get this off the ground. I'm in the process of reaching out to several security token issuance platforms including Securitze, Polymath, Harbor, Swarm, and Trusttoken. There are many hurdles we have to overcome but nothing is impossible with the right people leading the way. I predict that one day my company will rival every major conglomerate that exists and it’ll be owned by the people as fairly as possible. Many of you may not be aware of Polymath. It’s a custom designed blockchain for securities - thinking the NYSE, but also with support for smaller forms of securities, say supporting a private REIT. You can read more on their website.

The company name is Polymath. I was kind of joking but only mostly when I said it'd take it by storm 😂. Basically they plan on tokenization of assets which we already have tokenized today as well as ones not traditionally tokenized such a real estate. They will be regarded by the swiss government as a Utility token and be compliant regulation of most agencies, such as the SEC, which I think will be huge in the upcoming years. MERCAT is scheduled for post-mainnet release, as an upgrade to Polymesh. Whilst we’ve done the foundational development to build the libraries (https://github.com/PolymathNetwork/cryptography) and integrated this into the chain (see the mercat branch of https://github.com/PolymathNetwork/polymesh) there still remains a lot of work to provide efficient tooling around the MERCAT process, that will be necessary to ensure it is an efficient and usable framework for asset issuers and investors that require this level of privacy.
