I reached out to the SEC because I want to make a change in this world, and I don’t want to break any laws in the process. To the best of my knowledge, my idea has never been thought of before, and I will do whatever I can do to make it a reality. I’m reaching out to you because I need help constructing a token that fits into the California jurisdiction and appeals to the SEC security token regulations. I have been in contact with the SEC but they need more information regarding my company, my team, the tokenonmics, and possibly more. I’m currently seeking funding to open up my first Kickback LLC subsidiary, Genesis Coffee and Wine. I have a rough business plan created. As of now, I’m getting the idea I have out to the public to see if people would be on board to help me create a token that can benefit everyone. I created a token on the Solana blockchain, but I only made it for testing purposes. I need real developers to help me get this off the ground. I'm in the process of reaching out to several security token issuance platforms including Securitze, Polymath, Harbor, Swarm, and Trusttoken. There are many hurdles we have to overcome but nothing is impossible with the right people leading the way. I predict that one day my company will rival every major conglomerate that exists and it’ll be owned by the people as fairly as possible.
