PhobGCC-doc VS corundum

I used "composite" (actually monochrome) video output software on the RP2040 for an optional feature on the PhobGCC custom gamecube controller motherboard to allow easy calibration, configuration, and high-frequency input recording and graphing.

Hard left drift is 99% the smushed hall sensor solder short issue. Get a modder to redo the hall sensor solder joints per the board fixes documentation.

There are definitely regular old potentiometers in a standard gamecube controller stickbox. However, there are open-source PCBs available nowadays that do support Hall-effect sensors.

The ultimate gamecube controller at this point in time would be a fully customized PhobGCC, which is an open source project featuring hall effect sensors and many other amazing features. I would look into 10GbE PCS/MAC packet processors implemented under AXI Stream interfaces for example. There are open source examples https://github.com/corundum/corundum and https://netfpga.org/ .

I built my own 100 Gbps capable NIC, along with driver: https://github.com/corundum/corundum. You're welcome to ask if you have any questions, though it is quite a different animal from a 100 Mbps NIC you might have on a microcontroller.

I have no idea, but you're welcome to build the design and look at it yourself: https://github.com/corundum/corundum/tree/master/fpga/mqnic/NetFPGA_SUME/fpga. The barrel shifters are in the DMA engine, both the read DMA and write DMA engines have wide barrel shifters.
