psvshell is a overclock tool. Don't worry about it till you need it. If you want you can just read up here on how it works.

Hi, recently I've been getting gpu crashes multiple times in game. I don't have have an sd card, 3.65 using Vitadeploy. This is my config.txt. How's it looking? Thanks.
You can try uninstalling "kuio.skprx" (PSV-VSH-Menu) and install PSV-Shell. Maybe that's the culprit - but, i don't know for sure

PSVShell Overclock application that supports per-app profiles; highly recommended (Electry)

Very common 'bug' with psvshell, (though I wouldn't even call it that). Probably just an artifact; in any case nothing to worry about. The problem has been reported on Github, and the developer doesnt seem to be concerned.

There's a sticky in this reddit that will help you. Most people either update their firmware to 3.60 or 3.65 for a semi-permanent hack (henkaku/enso) or use modoru on an already hacked vita to downgrade to them from a higher firmware including the latest 3.74 firmware. The link in the sticky https://vita.hacks.guide/ is where to start. If you specifically want a particular system update file for modoru https://github.com/TheOfficialFloW/modoru you can find them here https://darthsternie.net/ps-vita-firmwares/ amongst other places. Please note that some Vita's came with firmware above 3.65 pre-installed. These cannot be downgraded with modoru but you can still use h-encore/h-encore2.
- any help please asap ? 🙂 i want to jailbreak but on 3.74 ? modoru doesn't suport ?
