Who uses UDP these days? You can configure router port forwarding for TCP ports easy! Use UPnP protocol. I had to do it for my OutNet project: https://github.com/rand3289/OutNet

This is planned to be built on Skynet. Remember Sia is essentially just the storage backend which powers Skynet. Things like DEX's, apps and coinswaps are built on Skynet. In fact there are already a number of coin swaps which can be used on Skynet via Homescreen. Two coin swaps for you to check out are Uniswap and Pancake Swap.
