After 25 years, Might and Magic 6 reminds us what it's like to have fun
OpenEnroth is an open source re-implementation project of the Might and Magic VI, VII, and VIII game engine. It's still in early development, but the first public release will allow you to play Might and Magic 7 with a large amount of improvements and bug fixes on modern OS (Win/MacOS/Linux, and eventually Android too).

https://gitlab.com/cthscr/mmmerge/-/wikis/Manual/Install MMMerge, around the end of the patch that lead to 1.0, there was disagreement on how to carry out the changes, so there's several forks. All you need to get the mod running is a copy of Might & Magic 8: Day of the Destroyer, not all three of the games from the World of Enroth trilogy. Follow the mod's install instructions carefully. I personally prefer the Rodril Fixes version since it's the most up to date.

I used https://gitlab.com/cthscr/mmmerge/-/wikis/Manual/Install this one and it worked. Read it carefully before starting to do anything. Then follow step by step.
