Is it possible to track the eyes with a webcam?
Huh, looks like some people have already done this: https://github.com/souravrs999/Gaze-Unity/tree/master/UnityGaze No idea if it actually works well, but you might try searching around for existing solutions if you don't want to delve into doing the whole thing yourself. Might be worth trying out other folks implementations just to see if it can be done well.
