Is it possible to track the eyes with a webcam?

  Discontinued A webcam implementation of eye tracking for unity. Eye tracking is done externally with the help of python and coordinates along with eye blink state is streamed to unity.

Huh, looks like some people have already done this: https://github.com/souravrs999/Gaze-Unity/tree/master/UnityGaze No idea if it actually works well, but you might try searching around for existing solutions if you don't want to delve into doing the whole thing yourself. Might be worth trying out other folks implementations just to see if it can be done well.
