Mod3-MHW-Importer VS MonsterHunterWorldModding

Open this version of Blender and install this addon.

This seems to be the most up to date import/export blender plugin https://github.com/AsteriskAmpersand/Mod3-MHW-Importer but it only works with Blender 2.8 and not 3.0

As for exporting, I think you needed 2-3 tools which I can't recall. Also the audio modding page doesn't work anymore for me. So you best bet would probably be the modding discord

Shit, my bad! However, there is still a MHW Modding Wiki as well! The main tools are MHWNoChunk, which extracts the chunk files, then there's just a blender plugin to load the models / materials / textures. Only catch is it's for Blender 2.79, which is one of the older versions so you can simply load them in there and then copy and paste them to a newer vers.

if it's a simple replacer you could also just rename the mods weapon file to the same name as the one you want to replace (take ID from here: https://github.com/Ezekial711/MonsterHunterWorldModding/wiki/Weapon-IDs )

this is the list of the names of each armor from which you take the "pl" whatever ID next to "damascus" 2nd entry (first is alpha 2nd is beta, + is alpha/beta MR version) and replace the same part in the mods file name for each file
