[BO] Do I still need LinkerMod/Game_Mod if I'm using Plutonium?

Reminder: Black Ops 1 Custom Zombies exists!
Official means Treyarch released mod tools. They did release mod tools for BO1, they're on steam under tools if you own the game. The un-official, meaning third-party, mod tools are called Linkermod by Nukem9.

I Made Full English Subtitles for Half-Life: Echoes

Do know that the other plugins need work/testing, so I just recommend using CaptionMod.dll. The install also includes a file for Closed Captions you can use via renaming, but I consider that a work in progress until I get feedback from someone who didn't write every single caption.
