I Made Full English Subtitles for Half-Life: Echoes
https://github.com/hzqst/MetaHookSv/releases/tag/v20230524a You can download them here and quick install with MetahookSV! Do know that the other plugins need work/testing, so I just recommend using CaptionMod.dll. The install also includes a file for Closed Captions you can use via renaming, but I consider that a work in progress until I get feedback from someone who didn't write every single caption.
