Blender templates for UK Iso? (ANSI, ANSI Everywhere)
I'm very much a noob when it comes to messing around in Blender (Solidworks is more my speed) but have had success with this and my own layouts out of KLE https://github.com/Kirpal/Keyboard-Layout-Editor-for-Blender - did need to use an old Blender build to get it to work perfectly though.

Where do you guys get your 3D models for renders?

Imported gltf armature - bones are all spatials
I use this add on to apply all my modifiers except the armature modifier. I keep only that modifier then export. Then I can import it and everything behaves as it should
