- I set up Home Assistant to notify my roommate and I in the morning when we need to check our apartment building's mailroom in the evening. Saves us a lot of hassle!

LG washing machine sending 3.7GB of data a day
Which is likely what is happening here. The LG "ThinQ" washing machines do allow for remote starts: https://github.com/ollo69/ha-smartthinq-sensors/issues/234

Help picking a washing machine/dryer
There are more attributes available those just happened to be the most relevant for what I needed one of the available status is for sure lock state but not if it's open or closed. Here's the GitHub for the integration lists what attributes are available ha-smartthinq-sensors hopefully this helps
