I'm fascinated by QuakeJS (Docker Version: https://github.com/treyyoder/quakejs-docker). After hosting the docker container you can access the game via link in the webbrowser, and the game will load. Anyone with the link can join your session for a quick DM match.

I'm helping a friend setup a website and we want to run a quakejs server on it, however I couldn't get it to work, so as a last resort I'm using a docker container to run it, specifically this one. I haven’t tried hosting, but whenever I don’t feel like opening Steam to play Quake, I usually just run a quick QuakeJS match. Found [this docker repo](https://github.com/treyyoder/quakejs-docker, but I can’t personally vouch for it since I haven’t used it
