BrcmPatchRAM VS Sinetek-rtsx

my CSR Bluetooth dongle is not working on my ryzentosh, i tried to install Brcm (https://github.com/acidanthera/BrcmPatchRAM) kext files but it didn't work, please help me to solve this issue

I found two solutions. The first is a kext named "BlueToolFixup.kext" (https://github.com/acidanthera/BrcmPatchRAM) to make the UB400 work on higher versions. The second solution is a program that makes wireless USB adapters functional even though no drivers were available from the manufacturer (https://github.com/chris1111/Wireless-USB-OC-Big-Sur-Adapter/releases/tag/V16).

Dell DW1830 (BCM943602, 20703A) Monterey 12.6.3, using BrcmPatchRAM/BluetoolFixup. Airdrop/Continuity/Handoff, etc, all working fine.

Download WhateverGreen.kext, Lilu.kext, VirtualSMC.kext that all can be found here on github, and also BluetoolFixup.kext from the BrcmPatchRam zip here.

SD card reader (cant't be load on boot sometimes with cholonam/Sinetek-rtsx, or can't be formatt with 0xFireWolf/RealtekCardReader);

Brightness Keys and Ambient Light Sensors all work. Storage: Toshiba 256GB NVME - KXG50ZNV256G BIOS revision: 1.32.4 Guides Used - OC Guide and a lot of googling/head scratching trying to get multi-touch/gestures working on the TrackPad. First time i've actually had to use CPUFriend in OC as I couldn't get any sort of reasonable battery life or power management. Also the first Dell Laptop i've done that wasn't a Sandy/IvyBridge. What's working: Almost Everything - including iServices/iMessage, touchscreen w/multi-touch and gestures. SD card (via This version of the Sinetek Kext. Touchpad only has basic features. What isn't working: WWAN (not using anyways) Alps Trackpad only has basic mouse features. Wasted too much time on it. Voodoo Input/PS2 is stable.

For card reader i use this kext https://github.com/cholonam/Sinetek-rtsx/releases works in my acer laptop. I think this only works on realtek cardreader which most laptop has. It may or may not work for you.

For the SD card reader, check out https://github.com/cholonam/Sinetek-rtsx, which is forked from the fork of the original. It seems to be working fine on Big Sur, so hopefully it works on Monetary.
