Intel i3 8100 & UHD 630 | macOS Monterey
I found two solutions. The first is a kext named "BlueToolFixup.kext" (https://github.com/acidanthera/BrcmPatchRAM) to make the UB400 work on higher versions. The second solution is a program that makes wireless USB adapters functional even though no drivers were available from the manufacturer (https://github.com/chris1111/Wireless-USB-OC-Big-Sur-Adapter/releases/tag/V16).

Monterey on Atermiter X79 + E5-2620v2 + AMD RX6600 | OpenCore 0.8.6
Bluetooth: Here it becomes a bit tricky. It seems that Apple dropped support for some bluetooth devices with Monterey. My USB dongle "CSR 4.0 Bluetooth USB card (Qualcomm/Cambridge Silicon Radio CSR8510)" is a cheapo one, but worked out of the box on Catalina. To get it working on Monterey I had to use BrcmPatchRAM from the acidenthera team.

Lenovo T530. BigSur 11.6.4/OC 0.7.8
It's actually more to do with the type of Bluetooth Card, than the WiFi. My Bluetooth is already supported (Built in Broadcom 20702) via BlueToolFixup. I've been down this road before with the BCM94322 (Or Dell DW1510) on a SandyBridge Machine. It's a crapshoot, and the 'fix' for me in the past was to stick to Catalina, where it all works with minimal patching.

BCM94360NG question!
I recently installed BCM94360NG, I used adaptor for this card, I downloaded and installed the drivers for windows 10, and AirportBrcmFixup and BrcmPatchRAM kexts for Big Sur, I used the same antenna used for original card. However; I don't get any good signal in either windows 10 nor in Big Sur, it shows only 2 to 3 networks with one to no bars!
