Need buddy to learn advanced neural network tools for c++
I have done a personal project on visual studio about bots fighting in a 2d square arena. The interface is extremely basic. Bots can shoot lasers and missiles, have radars and laser ranges, a shield, energy management, parameters can be tuned easily. I don't know how to make the program work together with a AI tool of some kind. I believe designing a framework around it will be required with a little bit of effort. I think my program allows it. I still don't know anything about neural network tools and would be glad someone could introduce me.

C++ project structure.
I have looked up a few projects like Tom Looman's EpicSurvivalGame and Epic's Lyra Project, but I don't think they were made as formal games but more like tutorials. They don't teach us how to organize our project.
