You can explore AutoHotKey if you are on Windows. I have automated tons of mundane tasks filling timesheets, generating reports, deployment scripts, text expanders and hotkey mapping, etc. using Autohotkey script.

Almost any language could be used for something like this. Python [0] might be a good choice. But then there are tools designed for automating things on your computer like AutoHotkey for Windows. There are others out there, too.

There's also this simple script made using autohotkey, you can customize it the way you want.

Windows AutoHotKey is one of the easier ways to remap keys in windows. Make a autohotkey script and add these lines inside it:

Pro tip, you can use OnTopReplica and the extreme customizable ECU option to replicate the exact power curve of an IRL motor with this mod. Line up the x and y axes from an IRL dyno graph to the in-game torque curve v2 app and shape the curve by retarding or advancing the timings throughout the rpm range in the tuning menu. There are timing options in 1k RPM intervals up to 16k RPM but you only need to tune until roughly 1k RPM above your engine redline.

I tried to simplify it by using Canva to draw the outline (you don't need to download anything on the web version and you can download it on your phone for free) and OnTopReplica (an open source, free program) to make the image overlay on my screen. It was kind of hard to do with just one monitor though, but with some effort you can manage it. The results are impressive and worth the hassle!

OnTopReplica is so useful.

If you can resize and fit those multiple windows in close formation, then OnTopReplica might do the trick.

You can use OnTopReplica. It can capture your chat, has opacity control, cropping and scaling, as well as click-through settings.

i just googled and found this, which seems to work fine.

You might be able with OnTopReplica, it let's you overlay an entire window or just sections of it and change the transparency. Only problem is that you won't be able to control those windows through the overlay.
