Otherwise there's Arx Fatalis which is pretty much a spiritual sequel to Ultima Underworld. The game is 21 years old, but with Arx Libertatis installed on top it still holds up really well.

Are you using Arx Libertatis? If not, you should, because that will solve that.

Just a note: you can get Arx Fatalis for free by downloading the demo on Steam and installing [Arx Libertatis](https://arx-libertatis.org/], a cross-platform port of Arx. It will run natively on the Steam Deck without Proton and the restrictions in the demo will not be there.

Is there a tool that would make your Steam Deck experience better?
Absolutely! There's an open source project that is basically Wizardry, but improved and allows for user created levels. It's called Sorcery. If it were to be completed and have a easy to use control scheme for the SteamDeck, well, that'd just be AWESOME!
