    As for ads I use DNSCrypt-proxy network wide and AdGuard for Windows intercepting all traffic. uBlock still has it's place for testing but not to daily drive it since is too cumbersome review that big and active repo.

    Can you try with dnscrypt-proxy or greentunnel? Just fyi, dnscrypt-proxy encrypts DNS traffic and switches from your ISP's DNS servers to public DNS servers like Google's or Cloudflare's. Greentunnel is better for evading deep-packet inspection on the ISP's end, as it splits the request packets to hide the complete request endpoint.
