Automatically extracting keyphrases that are salient to the document meanings is an essential step to semantic document understanding. An effective keyphrase extraction (KPE) system can benefit a wide range of natural language processing and information retrieval tasks. Recent neural methods formulate the task as a document-to-keyphrase sequence-to-sequence task. These seq2seq learning models have shown promising results compared to previous KPE systems The recent progress in neural KPE is mostl

Gregory Stark is a Senior Open Source PostgreSQL Developer at Aiven. Postgres has a reputation for being stable and reliable. “It does all the things SQL databases are traditionally good at - live backups, replication, storage.” Originally an academic project, Postgres’ open source stewards were interested in its extensibility, the ability to merge it into any project and with any codebase. “SQL databases have been a great fit for business needs, PostgreSQL is different in that it’s developer-oriented, but today serves both needs.”

I really admire your ambition. It sounds like you are deeply technical person who understands issues of scale in a way most others don't. You likely also understand the business aspect of it deeply, even though you didn't articulate it here.
I think joining a company in the space is a good idea. I had a friend join https://aiven.io/ and they seem like they are a pretty great place to work. I believe they offer stock option compensation.
Having the context, technical capacity, and business context would be invaluable to a company like that. With your skills you may find it possible to grow into a higher leadership role which may equip you with the skills and insight you need for your own journey.
Once you've done time there you can set yourself up to circle back in 5 years and try again yourself.

So I came into DevRel. I've done a few different things within developer relations. I've built a couple of libraries for different things, or I've published some packages, published quite a lot of integrations, given a bunch of talks. I've worked on a couple of docs projects as well. And when I came to join Aiven as to found the developer relations team, I joined as an individual contributor. And they hired two of us at the same time. But that was nearly a year ago.

(Next.js) Does getServerSideProps ruin performance?

I'm with u/ZeRo2160. My 2 cents is if you can't directly access your database from nodejs using `getServerSideProps` I'd recommend storing just the meta data you need in a Redis store then take u/ZeRo2160's advice and "use getStaticProps with sensible revalidation time" to pull the bare minimum data you need to satisfy your SEO requirements - Redis is super easy to use on both php and nodejs and you can use a service like Aiven to quickly set up a store for free.
