Balancing random loot ?
If you want exactly the same order again after you've exhausted your deck, that is very simple to implement as well. Just shuffle it once, then pick the last item and decrement the number of available cards. Once available is zero, just reset it back to the full size of the deck. You can even implement this without storing the card list in memory with some math magic! You can see https://github.com/perim/libdicey for two implementations if you need inspiration.
