I used this SCML importer to import the files from Spriter. It's *fairly straightforward to get up and running but I have run into quirks with it now and again. One of the major issues I had is bones are all on their own Z depths (which makes sense) but it can create issues when one character moves in front of another because you'll find some characters' arms are in front of the others legs and so on.

I tried Godot's built in cutout animation system but just found it a bit too cumbersome for rigs with a lot of "bones" like mine has. I ended up using Spriter and this SCML importer - so my advice may not be super helpful but the end result is a cutout Godot skeleton with bones like yours (I'm using the first approach too, no deforms or anything).
