Looks like you are using ‘595 shift registers to control the rows and columns. In case you are interested, I’ve written a Arduino driver for LED matrices like this one (I’ve made similar matrices). The driver is based on AdaFruit’s GFX library, making it easy to creat images. You can get it here: https://github.com/michaelkamprath/ShiftRegisterLEDMatrixLib
