Hi All, so long story short I came across a project on GitHub that enabled an M5 Atom RS-232 kit to be flashed with a custom firmware which in turn enabled users to control old TV’s via their RS-233 port via HomeKit . The developer’s firmware enables me to turn my tv on and off as expected but unfortunately I get a constant pulsing of the volume bar across my screen, making it not a very pleasurable viewing experience. I have reached out to the developer who has tried their best, but advises me they have now reached their limit with their knowledge on the subject.
